Purrier leads ‘Cats in solid outing in Indiana

Competing at the national level is no easy task, especially for a team that was ranked 11th in its region and on the cusp of not qualifying.  However, the UNH women’s cross-country team strung together a terrific performance, capped off by junior Elinor Purrier’s fifth-place finish at the Pre-National Invitational at Indiana State University on Saturday.

Just Schor-t: Riese leads wild fourth quarter charge

Trailing 42-12 with 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, senior quarterback Adam Riese replaced an injured Trevor Knight and led the Wildcats to 27 unanswered points, falling to James Madison University 42-39 at Wildcat Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 15.

Grasso, Kelleher aid UNH in weekend split

Friday night at Appleton Arena in Canton, New York, the Wildcats were once again slow on offense and outmatched overall. The team dropped a decision to the No. 15 St. Lawrence University Saints 6-2, and fans and players were desperate for an answer to their early season struggles.
