With four albums released in the past year and a half, pop-star icon Taylor Swift has been extremely busy and hard at work. Her most recent album released on Nov. 12, “Red (Taylor’s Version),” consists of re-recorded songs from her 2012 album “Red” and nine additional “from the vault” tracks — songs Swift wrote that did not make the original album.

On Nov. 18, the University of New Hampshire (UNH) featured five faculty speakers in its first-ever TEDxUNH event. The independently organized lecture series, licensed by TED, was sponsored by the co-ed business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi (AKPsi). It was attended by about 133 people in-person and on Zoom.

The Sexual Violence Action Committee of New Hampshire (SVAC) is a new, student-run organization pushing for radical changes in the way college campuses handle issues of sexual misconduct. The committee, started by University of New Hampshire (UNH) students at the beginning of November, was formed in response to the lack of action being taken by UNH administration against cases of sexual harassment and assault on campus.
