Sometimes it seems there will be no end to this pandemic. Yet, we have normalized it now and expected everyone to go on with their lives and not think too much about it. But not thinking about something doesn’t mean it’s not there. It’s there. And it might be affecting you more than you think. When I got COVID-19 back in March of last year, I was sick for three or four weeks. I was weak and lethargic for a couple months after too. I barely got all my work in for the end of that semester and felt like a failure. But the reality was that I had been sick and had lasting brain fog that made it hard to complete my school work at the high standard that I had always strived for. And yet I felt angry at myself. Sometimes I still do when I get overwhelmed from school work and find myself breaking down in tears.

[DURHAM]— Feb. 17 was National Kindness Day, making this past week an opportunity for people to spread kindness. I decided to go out of my way to spread kindness to those around me and encouraged my friends and peers at The University of New Hampshire (UNH) to do the same.

Though 2020 might have been a challenging year for many people, the faculty of College of Liberal Arts (COLA) at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) have remained productive by showcasing their magnitude of knowledge and skills. Aside from teaching classes in-person and online and attending virtual seminars, some faculty have furthered their research or worked on fiction writing.

Embarking on a third term, Gov. Sununu disclosed what Granite Staters can expect in the upcoming two years from coronavirus policies to future civil rights legislation.

The Crimes against Children Research Center (CCRC) at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) received more than $2 million in grants from the National Institute of Justice to study child sex exploitation. There is a total of three grants, the first two focusing on child sex trafficking victimization and the third on technology such as cyberstalking and sextortion.

While public health and safety during a global pandemic is of extreme importance, the campaign is emphasizing the additional significance of mental health and wellbeing.

During this uncertain time, many are experiencing at least one of these mental health struggles, and WellTrack helps monitor and teach users management techniques.
